The latest buzz is that Bollywood super hit movie ‘Jab We Met’ starring Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor would be remade in all south Indian languages. The distributors of the film, Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd, has reportedly said that ‘Jab We Met’ will be remade in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam by corporate entity Moser Baer. ‘Jab we Met’ broke the box office records and amassed 40 crores. It is said that Trisha has been approached to do the lead role played by Kareena in the original. Trisha is believed to have immediately accepted the offer. According to some sources, the role of Shahid was offered to ‘Paruthi Veeran’ Karthi but he couldn’t accept the offer due to his prior film commitments. So is the case with Madhavan, inform the sources. It is tipped that Dhanush might step into the role of Shahid. If the rumour comes true, it would be the first time that – Dhanush and Trisha– are coming together. The official announcement will be made soon.
